Tuna Salad
Tuna Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 3 tbsp. diced, peeled and seeded cucumber, 3 tbsp. chopped red onion and 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, red and green onions, celery dill, salt and pepper.
Add the tuna and toss to coat.
