Tuna Rice Roll
Tuna Rice Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, 1 c. water, 2 (7 oz. each) cans tuna, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice in water until tender.
Turn into a large bowl and cool slightly.
Break tuna into large chunks and add to rice.
Stir in 1/3 cup of the soup.
Prepare pie crust.
Roll out on floured surface to 14 x 11-inch oval.
Spoon tuna mixture down center third of pastry.
Bring sides up and over filling to meet.
Press long edges together and pinch seam tightly with fingers.
Pinch each end of roll tightly until filling is completely enclosed.
