Tuna Quiche

About 1 1/2 hours before serving, prepare pie crust mix as label directs.
Use to line a 9-inch pie plate.
Spread crust with 1 tablespoon softened butter or margarine.
Preheat oven to 425Β°. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, put 3 tablespoons hot butter or margarine; cook onion and pepper until tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove pan from heat; stir in tuna.
Spoon tuna mixture into prepared pie crust.
