Tuna Quiche
Tuna Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep dish pie crust, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish, drained, 1 1/2 c. swiss cheese, chopped or grated, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Bake pie crust at preheated 450° oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Distribute tuna over the bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.
Beat eggs; add milk, lemon juice and seasonings.
Pour over tuna mixture.
Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden.
Remove from oven and let set a few minutes before cutting.
