Tuna Pie
Tuna Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 hard-cooked eggs, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 small or 1 large can tuna, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook onion and celery in butter for 10 minutes.
Add flour; stir until smooth.
Add soup, salt and pepper; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Take off heat; stir in drained tuna.
Chop eggs; stir in.
Pour into small greased casserole; top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
