Tuna Hobos
Tuna Hobos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. tuna, 4 oz. diced celery, 4 oz. diced cheese, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and diced pimiento to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together tuna, celery, cheese, parsley and pimiento.
Set aside.
Mix together lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon over tuna and toss lightly.
Divide mixture evenly among bottoms of buns. Put tops on, wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.
Bake in 400Β° oven about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 4 and has about 490 calories per serving.
