Tuna Fried Rice
Tuna Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. converted rice, 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental-style vegetables with seasoning sauce, thawed and 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Saute onion in oil over medium heat in 12-inch skillet or wok until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice and vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in pimento, soy sauce and tuna, being careful not to break up tuna.
Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
