Tuna Flake Loaf
Tuna Flake Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. post grape-nuts flakes, crushed, 2/3 c. milk, 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked, 1/3 c. minced onion and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine cereal and milk in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes, then add tuna, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Stir in eggs.
Pour into well-greased, aluminum foil lined 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Serve with cheese or mustard sauce.
