Tuna Chowder
Tuna Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (13 oz.) cans light tuna, drained, 3 c. broccoli, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 tbsp. sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute broccoli, onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until broccoli is crisp.
Add sherry, butter, salt, basil and flour. Mix and melt.
Add chicken broth.
Stir in mushrooms and simmer 15 minutes.
Add half and half and warm to serve.
