Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (7 oz.) cans chunk tuna, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 box frozen peas and carrots, cooked, 1/2 red onion, chopped and 1/2 c. crushed potato chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
