Tuna Cashew
Tuna Cashew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. water, 1 can chunk style tuna and 1 c. (1/2 lb.) cashews (salted or unsalted, chopped or whole), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients together, except 1/2 cup of the noodles. Put in 1 1/2-quart size casserole, greased.
Sprinkle the 1/2 cup noodles over the top.
Bake in a 325Β° oven uncovered about 35 to 40 minutes.
