Tuna Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) cans water packed tuna, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 egg whites, black pepper to taste and 1 stack saltine crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain and flake tuna in bowl.
Add onion, egg whites, pepper and crushed crackers; mix well.
Shape into patties.
Cook in a small amount of oil in skillet over medium heat until light brown.
