Tuna Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained, 1 small onion, minced, 1 egg and 5 or 6 saltine squares, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste. Pat out into patties and fry in 1 tablespoon oil.
