Tuna-Cabbage Casserole
Tuna-Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 4 c. chopped cabbage, 1 can (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) tuna in oil, 1 can (11 oz.) cheddar cheese soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
Add chopped cabbage; cover and cook 1 or 2 minutes or until wilted; drain.
Arrange half of cabbage in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with tuna; cover with remaining cabbage.
Blend soup, milk, salt and caraway seed (optional).
Pour over ingredients in casserole.
Combine butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
