Tropical Sunshine Cake
Tropical Sunshine Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 c. (1 large can) canned milk, 2 eggs and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and reserved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine cake mix, canned milk and eggs.
Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of pineapple.
Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until done.
Cool for at least 15 minutes.
Combine sugar and 2 tablespoons reserved juice in bowl and mix until smooth.
Spread over warm cake.
Sprinkle with coconut and remaining pineapple.
