Tropical Salad Mold
A vintage gelatin salad mold with crushed pineapple, mandarins, and cream cheese suspended in lime or orange Jell-O. Light, sweet-tart, and a fixture of buffet tables and church suppers.

Dissolve jello in cup of boiling water.
Drain liquid from canned fruit into a cup.
Finish filling cup with white wine.
Add to jello mixture, stir, then add fruit.
Refrigerate until set. Serves 4.
