Tropical Salad
Tropical Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jell-o, 2 c. hot water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, not drained and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Chill until slightly thickened. Combine all other ingredients and add to Jell-O.
Chill.
Unmold and garnish with greens and whole walnuts.
