Tropical Cream Pie
Tropical Cream Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with crushed pineapple, drained, c. pineapple juice, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, . sugar and c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put pineapple juice, cream cheese, sugar, coconut and extract in blender.
Cover and process until well mixed.
Remove to bowl and add pineapple.
Mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon into prepared crust.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan (ungreased). Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched with finger.
Cool in pan.
