Tropical Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut up chicken, 1 large can peaches, 5 potatoes, 2 c. orange juice and basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown chicken pieces in butter.
Add nutmeg, basil and orange juice.
Cook for 1/2 hour.
Add cut up potatoes.
Cook 1/2 hour longer.
Add peaches and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.
