Triple Layer Cookie Bars
Triple Layer Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut, 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°
(325° for glass dish).
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt margarine in oven.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine. Top evenly with coconut, then sweetened condensed milk. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter.
Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
Cool and then cut into bars. Store at room temperature.
