Triple Layer Cookie Bars
Triple Layer Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In 13 x 9-inch pan, melt oleo in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over oleo.
Top evenly with coconut, then milk. Bake 25 minutes until lightly browned.
In small saucepan, melt chips with peanut butter.
Spread over hot coconut layer.
Cool 30 minutes.
Chill thoroughly.
Cut into bars.
Makes 36 bars.
