Triple Good Bars
Triple Good Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raisins, 1 can condensed milk, 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first 4 ingredients together and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles; cool.
Beat margarine with sugar; add vanilla, oats, flour, walnuts, soda and salt.
Reserve 2 cups and press remaining onto bottom of prepared pan.
Spread raisin mixture and then sprinkle reserved 2 cups mixture on top.
Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
