Triple Good Bars
Triple Good Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raisins, 1 can condensed milk, 1 tbsp. lemon peel, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven 375Β°.
Grease 13 x 9 baking pan.
In med saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
Cook over med heat stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
Remove from heat, cool slightly; set aside.
Beat oleo, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add remaining and blend until mixed and crumbly.
Reserve 2 c. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Spread raisin mixture 1/2 inch of edge and sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Pat lightly.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
