Triple Good Bar
Triple Good Bar is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raisins, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. In saucepan, combine ingredients.
Over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mix begins to boil. Set aside. Beat margarine, and vanilla until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients blend. but 2 cups into a greased pan, then cover with raisin mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into 1 x 2-inch bars.
Yields 4 dozen.
