Blend first 5 ingredients in mixer and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour half of batter into a 10-inch tube pan that has been greased and lightly floured.
Sprinkle 1 cup morsels over batter.

Sprinkle with 1 cup morsels and swirl.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan for 35 minutes; invert on a serving platter and cool completely.
Combine remaining morsels and cream in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until morsels are melted.
