"Tricky Torte"
"Tricky Torte" is an easy dinner. Made with 1 sara lee pound cake, cooled, not frozen, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 c. slivered almonds, sauteed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Slice pound cake into 7 layers while cake is cool from the refrigerator.
Melt chocolate bits and stir in sour cream.
Evenly frost all layers, including top layer.
Top with sauteed almonds, pressing lightly so they will not fall off when cake is sliced. Refrigerate.
