Preheat oven to 450°.
Lightly grease baking dish.
Melt butter in skillet; saute celery and onion until tender.
In large mixing bowl, combine cornbread, bread, celery, onion, pepper and sage.
Stir broth and eggs into mixture; blend well.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
