Total Catfish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. catfish fillets, 1/4 tsp. salt, dash of freshly ground pepper, 1 egg white and 1/3 c. total cornflake crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat to 400Β°.
Wash and dry fillets cut into serving pieces.
Season with salt and pepper in egg white and coat with Total cornflake crumbs.
Arrange in single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. for about 30 minutes or until it looks brown and crispy.
