Tostado
Tostado is an impressive dinner. Made with 12 oz. lean ground beef, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Position oven rack in upper third of oven and preheat to very hot (450Β°).
Crumble beef into large heavy skillet and place over moderately high heat.
Add onion and garlic; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Drain off fat.
Add cumin, oregano, salt, pepper and flour.
Stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and chilies; cook for 3 minutes or until thickened.
