Tostadas
Tostadas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) pkg. tostada shells (12), 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. sliced, smoked chicken, cut up, mexican coleslaw, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.) and 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Crumble 2 tostada shells on each of 6 salad plates.
Layer half each of the chicken pieces and Mexican Coleslaw on crumbled tostadas.
Top with cheese, remaining chicken and coleslaw, olives and orange wedges.
Sprinkle with chili powder.
Top with taco sauce.
Yields 6 servings.
