Tossed Salad
Tossed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 2 medium carrots, 1 large cucumber, 1 small pkg. radishes and 1 bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash all vegetables; cut lettuce into bite size pieces.
Peel and cube carrots and cucumber.
Cut tops and bottoms from radishes and cube.
Seed bell pepper and cube.
Core and cube tomatoes.
Cut ends from celery and cube.
Toss all vegetables together.
Serve in individual salad bowls and top with dressing, bacon bits, ham, cheese and boiled eggs.
Add salt and pepper to individual taste.
