Tossed Macaroni
Tossed Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ricotta cheese or small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1/2 lb. bacon (1-inch pieces), 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen green peas and 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put Ricotta cheese in serving bowl.
Crumble with a fork.
Add butter and noodles; toss 2 to 3 times.
Cook bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp.
Add peas and saute 2 minutes; drain fat.
Add bacon and peas to noodles and toss.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Toss again and serve immediately.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
