Toshi'S Favorite Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. wesson oil, pineapple, cherry, apple or peach and walnuts and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar. Arrange fruit, maraschino cherries and nuts.
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour batter over fruit.
