Tortillas is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 c. rolled oats, 1/4 c. sesame seed, 1 c. wheat flour and 2 to 3 c. barley flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Whiz water, oats and seed in blender.
In bowl, add flour and knead.
Roll out into circles.
Bake in hot skillet 1 minute on each side.
