Cream together margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.
Mix with graham cracker crumbs.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine cream cheese, eggs and 1/2 cup white sugar in mixer; pour over crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes at 325Β°.
