Torta Di Risso
Torta Di Risso is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 boxes chopped spinach, drained, 1 1/2 c. rice, partially cooked, 1/2 c. half and half or milk, 4 cloves pressed garlic and 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat eggs; fold in all other ingredients.
Place olive oil on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
Pour mixture on top of bread crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown on the bottom.
