Topside-Down Cake
Topside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cake mix (white, yellow or chocolate), 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

mix as directed on package, leaving out 1/4 of the liquid.
Pour into sprayed or greased pan.
Mix sugars and cocoa and sprinkle of cake batter. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of sugar mixture. Slowly pour the cold water over the mixture and bake at 375Β° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cut into squares after cooling and serve with a spoonful of whipped topping.
