Tops-Lite Lasagna
Tops-Lite Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 lb. lean ground steak, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine water, onion, celery and garlic in large skillet. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender and water has evaporated.
Add ground meat and saute slowly until brown.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
