Topknots
Topknots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. warm water, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Add eggs, flour, salt and butter.
Will form a soft dough.
Turn onto floured board and knead.
Put back into bowl; let rise.
Punch down.
Knead. Roll until thin.
Spread with butter.
Roll up (jelly roll style). Cut in 1-inch slices.
Place in greased muffin tin; let rise. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Brush with butter.
