Tomato Surprise
Tomato Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (lemon, strawberry or mixed fruit), 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour tomatoes into saucepan, saving can for mold.
Bring tomatoes to a boil; add jello and salt.
Stir until dissolved.
Add lemon juice or vinegar.
Pour into can.
Chill until firm.
Yields 2 cups, 4 size servings or 6 relish servings.
