Tomato Salad
Tomato Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 6 tomatoes, cut in wedges, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/8-inch thick (cut each slice into 2 or 4 triangles), 1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped, 1/4 c. olive oil and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Arrange tomatoes and cheese on platter.
Mix basil and olive oil and pour over tomatoes and cheese.
