Tomato-Pasta Salad
Tomato-Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells, 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 c.), 2 green onions with tops, chopped (about 2 tbsp.), 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped and 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Rinse in cold water and drain.
Stir in tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, oil, salt, basil and pepper.
