Tomato Jam
Tomato Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. peeled ripe tomatoes, chopped fine, 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar and 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry dry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix tomatoes and sugar.
Boil 15 minutes; stir often.
Remove from heat.
Add Jell-O.
Stir well.
Put in containers.
Put in refrigerator for one day.
Then store in freezer.
Makes 2 pints.
