Tomato Gravy
Tomato Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hot pork sausage, 1 tbsp. dried onion flakes, 1/3 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1/2 c. flour and 1/3 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix (Jimmy Dean) sausage, onion flakes, Ro-Tel and salt together in a pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sausage is done.
Add flour and 1 cup milk and stir until lumps are gone. Add the remaining 2 cups milk and stir frequently until gravy thickens.
Serve over hot biscuits.
Yields 4 servings.
