Tomato Dumplings

Made with 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. butter, 1 bay leaf and 1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes with liquid, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a medium skillet saute onions, pepper and celery until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Make dumplings.
Add to bubbling mixture by tablespoons.
