Tomato Aspic
Tomato Aspic is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. v-8 juice, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, seasonings to taste (salt, tabasco sauce and lemon and onion juices), 1/2 c. chopped celery and enough cold water to soften gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften.
Add to boiling
V-8 juice; cool.
When cool, add celery.
Pour into mold or individual molds and refrigerate until stiff.
