Tomato Aspic
Tomato Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 tsp. onion juice (i use bottle juice), 1/8 tsp. ground cloves, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat juice and seasoning to boiling and pour over lemon flavored gelatin.
Stir until thoroughly dissolved.
Chill.
Pour into molds that have stuffed olives.
Cut crosswise or pimiento strips in the bottom.
Serve with mayonnaise on lettuce.
Serves 6.
