Tomato Aspic
Tomato Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. v-8 juice, 1 medium onion, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 2 tbsp. vinegar and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil V-8 juice and chopped onion; simmer for 3 minutes.
Put Jell-O in a bowl and add the juice and mix.
Add vinegar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and olives.
Pour into 1-quart mold or 6 individual molds.
