Tomato Aspic
Tomato Aspic is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with onions and green pepper added, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Bring tomatoes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Spray mold or bowl with vegetable oil.
Pour mixture into mold and chill until firm.
Place mold in a pan of water a few seconds.
Place a serving plate over top and turn mold upside-down on it.
