Tom Jones Shrimp
Tom Jones Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp (large), 1 tsp. pepper, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, juice of 1 lemon and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Wash shrimp; spread in a single layer in baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients except butter.
Pour over shrimp; dot with butter.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Stir several times while cooking. Peel when cool enough to handle.
Use French bread for dipping in sauce.
Serves 2.
Great with corn-on-the-cob.
